Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return the item/s within seven days of receiving the goods for a full refund. Unless we have delivered the product to you by error, you may be asked to pay the costs of returning the goods (if any apply). We cannot refund any non-stocked item which has been specifically ordered for you or if the item purchased has been used to any degree. You may cancel your order by sending an e-mail, fax, or phone quoting your name, address, product code, and order reference number. If you have already received the unit(s), then contact us to arrange return of the products within seven days of receipt.
Returning a faulty product
If our engineers do not discover a fault with your product or if the fault is not covered by the manufacturers guarantee, then unfortunately you will be charged with any associated costs. Cooling Solutions (UK) will not be held responsible for damages to property as a result of faulty manufacturers products and/or loss of earnings while products are repaired under warranty.
